Double chin, cheeks that are either too full or not enough, eye bags, asymmetrical smile, and many more are some of the small imperfections that we are all (secretly, or not) annoyed with. Unless you want to go the needle and knife route, there is a much simpler “magic” solution; face yoga.
For those who are not familiar with this true discipline, it is generally a series of exercises that need to be done on regular basis, and that have positive effects on one’s skin and face shape, provide anti-aging tricks, and much more. The first time I heard of it, was from famous jewelry designer Ranjana Khan. Then, intrigued I did my research and stumbled upon a sort of “pandora box” of this technique; “The Face Yoga Method”.
Through her blog, Fumiko Takatsu publishes video tutorials with exercises on how to preserve your face (and even your body), and have it look the best it could.
