Henna design has rarely looked this badass.
On her Instagram account, Ukrainian henna and mehendi artist Veronica Krasovska has been giving us a peak into a whole other kind of designs. Far from the traditional henna drawings that we have known for so long, Krasovska’s creations have a modernity in them that somehow makes them appealing to both the East and West.
With creations that are very similar to Rihanna’s famous hand tattoo design, and through her work and her Instagram account, I believe Veronica (and other similar Henna artists) has somehow banalized henna, into making it more than a traditional practice that happens during festivities, but in a certain way; a kind of a casual accessorizing that complements one’s style.
