Dressed up winter kaftan layering

Winter or not, cold or not, nothing can stop me from wearing my dear kaftans.

Well, actually to be honest, wearing a kaftan during winter only gives me an (extra) excuse to layer!! I LOVE layering, in case I haven’t said that enough, in previous posts! And when you mix a kaftan, with layering, the only result that would come up is a dressed up winter look; hopefully!

Winter style, does not have to be boring, and only about keeping you warm. For me, it’s an excuse to get as creative as possible in coming up with outfits that make you look good, and still keep you warm.

However, I generally find myself attracted to dark colors for my winter clothes. So to brighten up today’s look, I paired a very textured blazer with a flowy vintage kaftan. A mix that not only juxtaposes different textures, but also different styles. I mean in how many looks can you find, an authentic Moroccan kaftan, a formal blazer, casual mom jeans, and fancy pumps.

And the resulting dressed up winter look is quite exquisite, if I may say so myself!
